The spectacle of golf and the premium performance of BMW came to an even wider audience at the UBS Hong Kong Open 2016. Held in December at the Hong Kong Golf Club in Fanling, the event is the oldest professional sporting event and is well established among the golf, corporate and expatriate community in Hong Kong.
Pico team created a highly visible and interactive presence at the event. Various BMW models, for example, were on display on platforms strategically placed around the venue. Golfers themselves were shuttled around for the day courtesy of a limousine service, in BMW cars adorned with stickers specially designed by Pico. The impression continued in the tournament village, where golf enthusiasts could visit a BMW booth for information on the marque’s line-up – and try out their putt on a model hill.
